Chisholm recently was successful in being rewarded additional funding from Aus Industry to promote a Small Business Advisory Program to Small Business in the Southern Region. This program is part of the Business Enterprise Centre (BEC) that Chisholm operates which provides a range of products and services for small business.

The BEC understand the demands of owning your own business are many and in the current economic climate it’s even tougher. So we want to help. We have created the program which commences in July till November with guest speakers that have empathy and knowledge of the needs of small business.

We have devised a seminar program that has a range of guest speakers covering business development, legal considerations, real estate tenancy concerns, banking and finance for small business and marketing strategy. There is also a networking session at the end of each session as well as a special one off session on speed networking for business. (Refer to program and speakers below).
